Repository Policy
Journal of Tropical Community and One Health allows and encourages authors to deposit all versions of their manuscripts in institutional or subject repositories. This policy supports wider dissemination, accessibility, and preservation of scholarly work.
1. Versions Allowed for Deposit
Authors may store the following versions in any repository:

Pre-print (Submitted Version):
The original manuscript submitted before peer review. -
Post-print (Accepted Version):
The manuscript after peer review, including revisions but before journal formatting. -
Published Version (Publisher’s PDF):
The final PDF version as published by the journal.
2. Where Authors Can Deposit
Manuscripts may be deposited in:

Institutional repositories

Subject-based repositories (e.g., medRxiv, bioRxiv, ResearchGate)

Author’s personal website
-
Academic social networks
-
University or funding body repositories
3. Conditions for Deposit

Deposited versions must include proper citation to the published article.

The DOI link should be added when available.

The license under CC BY 4.0 must be clearly stated for the published version.
4. Timing of Deposit
Authors may deposit:

Pre-print: Anytime

Post-print: Immediately after acceptance
-
Published PDF: Immediately upon publication
No embargo period is applied.
5. Repository Preservation
Deposited versions help ensure:
